Projects

One of the learning tools of AIESEC is "Issue Based Experience". The projects are an excellent way to obtain leadership experience, team work experience and knowledge on various themes, cultures and people.

Global.me

The Global.Me project that started in the beginning of 2007 was a huge success! It brought 12 interns from around the world to Finland to obtain pedagogical experience in some of the smaller upper secondary schools. Their job was to educate pupils on global issues and how to cope in an internationalizing world. Global.Me, which has been arranged for the 3rd time already, will take place also in 2010 with the local committee Jyväskylä participating in it.

Leadership Seminar

National Leadership Weeks (NLW) 2010

The NLW project is organized in three cities all around Finland: Tampere, Helsinki and Jyväskylä. Whereas it happens for the 3rd time in Helsinki, it will be the very first time here in Jyväskylä on 23rd February 2010! Local experts will be invited to present their knowledge about future leadership to the students. One company has the opportunity to be our main partner, to get in touch with the talents in our city!

AIESEC Jyväskylä’s 40-years anniversary

AIESEC Jyväskylä has its 40th birthday in 2009! For this celebration, we are writing a book of the history of AIESEC Jyväskylä, which is mainly based on people and their stories with and in the organization.
