Traineeship programs

Development traineeship

• For people who are studying social or educational sciences. Also students who have otherwise gained competence in the field can apply.
• There are many places for people who study either social work, development studies or psychology.
• A huge number of internships available in India and China!
• The internships are often in NGO's which run AIDS prevention campaigns, promote sustainable development or do fundraising.

Education traineeship

• For people who are studying to become a teacher (pedagogical studies).
• Often teaching English.
• Some positions for teaching French or different subjects (usually IT).
• The internships can be in elementary schools, universities or companies.

Management traineeship

• For people who are studying economics: marketing, accounting, leadership or financing.
• Previous relevant work experience is important!
• Knowledge of German or French is beneficial.

Technical traineeship

• Majority of these interships are for IT-students (database management, software development, programming etc.)
• Some engineering internships available.
• Previous relevant work experience is beneficial.
