Taking Responsibility
Take responsibility in teams
One of the most important ingredients of AIESEC is its excellent learning environment. When you join a team, you get valuable experience on being a team member, taking responsibility and taking care of different voluntary work. As a team member you keep on learning new skills and receiving new information about various topics from all around the world. You will also be creating contacts that you will need later on in working life, with businesses for example.
In practice AIESEC Jyväskylä has five teams: ICX, OGX, TM, ER and FC. The acronyms may sound intimidating, but in reality they are quite simple to remember.
