AIESEC Experience
The new AIESEC Experience includes three phases: Engagement with AIESEC, Experiental Leadership Development and Life-long Connection.
The chart below will show you what your AIESEC membership can be like. The AIESEC Experience starts with engagement with AIESEC, where a person gets an overview of what AIESEC is. After the introduction, the new members join our activities and take part in one or more of our programmes which form the Experiental Leadership Development phase (ELD).

How will your AIESEC XP look like? It's up to you!
We offer you a chance to influence, take responsibility, develop your teamwork and leadership skills and get to know different cultures. It’s up to you what kind of future you want to build for yourself – AIESEC provides the means.
Everyone interested in the activity of AIESEC is welcome to join, so you don’t have to be a member to take part in our events.
These are the different phases of AIESEC Experience:
- Engagement with AIESEC – The annually available introduction period for new members.
- Team Member Programme – Take responsibility through teamwork and develop your skills.
- Team Leader Programme – Run your own team and improve your leadership skills.
- Exchange – The work abroad program for AIESEC members.
- Life-Long Connection – What does AIESEC give you in respect for your future?
