- All our trainees are college students who are advanced in their studies, some already graduated. Many have working experience to begin with.
- The detailed selection process with multiple steps guarantees a high level trainee who meets the criteria set by your organisation.

Internationality

- AIESEC is an international organisation dealing with themes that are significant in the global business world today. The trainee gives your organisation new perspective and ways of doing things that they have already applied during their AIESEC career.
- In addition to English the trainees know other languages that are rare in Finland.

Convenience
- The application time is the entire year, considering, of course, the different school year rhythms in different countries. Thanks to accurate analyses, we have a clear picture of when we can match the needs of your organisation.
- Your organisation avoids the time consuming and costly recruiting process. Just state the required skills, language skills, working experience, nationality and level of education- we search the candidates who fulfil the criteria, you make the decision.
- You just pay the salary of the trainee – we take care of everything else (the apartment, taxation, working permit, introduction to culture etc.)
- If necessary, we act as a third party in conflicts between the trainee and the company.
- The contract is fixed-period (2-18 months), which works well for projects. However, the contract can always be renewed.
Affordability
- The costs for the traineeship program consists of the administrative fee and the salary of the trainee. The administrative fee for companies is 1200€. For non-profit, public sector organisations the fee is 600€.
- The recommended minimum monthly net salary for the trainee is 1200 €.
