AIESEC is the world’s largest student organisation – we offer companies and organisations the possibility to hire competent, motivated young academics – from one hundred countries. In an internationalizing world, finding the right key person can be critical for the future. Having AIESEC Jyväskylä as a partner does not only make this possible – it makes it easy!

The main function of our organization is still organizing trainee exchange; sending Finnish students abroad and searching for training positions for foreign university students.

During the last years we have elevated the quality of the traineeship program in particular as a central selling point. When you take an intern through us, you are hiring not just an international worker, but an individual who has gone through the introduction period offered by AIESEC. By participating in the activity of our organisation, this individual has received many skills necessary in working life, often including leadership experience.

Despite their young age, our trainees have often in their professional lives performed tasks that have coached them into top level performers in many areas. We choose the trainees personally through an application process. This ensures that their studies, know-how and language skills are advanced enough for your requirements.
