AIESEC-Jyväskylä has lately been hosting many wonderful events this spring. From March 26- March 28 at Kuokkala's Junior high it was time to welcome SUCCESS.

The theme for the event was Generation 2010-smart, savvy, fast and strong and over 100 people participated from all over, from different Finnish LCs as well as from Sweden. The first important matters of SUCCESS were already held on Friday evening. Members, newies and TR members, got a look into what AIESEC is all about and then the events of the last year were recapped and future visions and goals were set for the next term. Finally everyone got their skills trained in time management, presentation, intercultural communication, training and organizing team meetings.

On Saturday the fun continued with lectures on what being a TR stage member is like and finding personal goals and visions as an AIESEC member in order to gain an AIESEC Experience. Participants also got to hear from JCI/Marketing and sales, Suomen Yrittäjät/Entrepreneurship, SYY/Social Entrepreneurship, EBBF/Career planning. There was also time to meet the new members of next terms executive board as well time for discussing any topic which one would want to discuss with other AIESEC members. It wasn't long after this that awards were given to some AIESEC members who have done an amazing job in the organization. LC Jyväskylä received an award for engaging and developing its members and was also recognized for organizing the Leadership Seminar and the current national conference. As is custom, games were also played on Saturday and the theme for the evening was Human sugarcubes, where everybody got a chance to say something about someone by writing their comments on the person's shirt.

On Sunday there was still some time of SUCCESS left to learn more about different opportunities which AIESEC offers and helping on the transition of the new EB members. In the end everyone learned something new and set up short but important goals for themselves and headed for the future.

According to a survey both OC members and participants were very pleased with the event which turned out to be quite eventful for many. The sessions were good, and so were the parties, and even the OC members seemed to enjoy themselves. The organizing committee really put themselves all out for this event and SUCCESS turned out to be a success!
